We have experienced five phases of growth. Of the five phases completed for storage, three are climate controlled, two are non-climate, and all are located inside one huge building.
All units are self contained and individually locked, with lightweight aluminum doors for easy entry. Heavy gauge wire mesh is used for the unit ceilings allowing free flow of heated or cooled air, which is monitored daily to ensure proper humidity control.
Whether storing artwork, fine furniture, pharmaceuticals, or out-of-season wardrobe items, the units are perfectly suited for protecting their contents.
Sprinkler systems throughout the building guard against fire damage. All phases are monitored by 24 hour video surveillance for security, using keypad entry systems with immediate printouts of all tenants on property and we uniquely provide drive into loading docks to shield tenants from the elements of the weather while loading and/or unloading their items. To make us your one-stop shop we sale a variety of moving supplies on site.
We are open M-F, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Sat., 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Access into the storage areas is from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
In addition to storage, we are a rental agent for Penske trucks.
