We have a state-of-the-art facility with the best customer service around! When you rent from us, you'll have 24-hour access to your belongings. We are convientlly located right off of Hwy 72. Easy Reservation - no hassle
This is my first storage unit and it was easy to reserve online. No one called and hassled me about coming in to pay. I went in the same day to pay, and i appreciated the prorated amount for the first month as well as the option for an automatic draft payments. I dis forget to ask if it would be taxed. Rules were explained clearly in person. I do wish the CSR had come outside to show me where the unit was but it was still easy to find. Staff was fairly kind although they seemed busy and I really needed them to be on that day. So I am very grateful the experience.

Outstanding Customer Service!
Shay was wonderful, I explained my situation and she was empathetic, and extremely understanding. She made sure the location of my unit made me feel safe. Explained all the rules and ensured in the end I was satisfied with my unit. Shay is one of the best if not the very best employee in a customer oriented type business Iâve had. Very informative and kind. Thanks Shay!

This storage facility has all the usual amenities. The staff is super easy to work with and made sure that I had access to my unit even though I would be arriving in the middle of night.

Great space and location
Easy to access after hours. No problems with the transaction and everything was clean. We came in before dawn and there was no problem finding the unit or finding the paperwork and lock that was left for us.
