Ron goes above & beyond
I got there at closing & still rec'd a warm welcome from Ron. He stayed well past closing to get me into a unit. Ron is sharp & personable, He went above & beyond his duties to make sure I was taken care of. His customer service is outstanding. Employees like Ron play an integral role in companies such as this and should be recognized for it.

Owner was super nice
I was in my storage digging though looking for paperwork, and out of no where the owner I believe came to not only say hi but knew my name and gave me a cold bottle of water. I was in a grumpy mood but he made my day going out of his way to give me water and say hi like that.
