It was easy to acquire and smooth transaction.

Raise Rates too often
I asked how often they raise rates when I first started with them and was told 10%/year roughly. I've been there for 2 years and have gone from $199 to todays increase $289. Might be good for real short term but for longer storage go somewhere else. Place is always dirty. Everytime I go to my unit there is trash in front of the door. Driveways don't look to get cleaned often or at all.
