About this facility

Cupertino Public Storage is a great location with a great selection of self storage for loads of any size. Sitting on the south side of Interstate 280 right across De Anza Boulevard from the Apple Campus, a 5x10 storage unit at this facility is a great place for businesses, big and small, to find some extra office storage space by packing away boxes of supplies, equipment, electronics or office furniture. With direct access from I-280 and a short drive from Highway 85 or the Lawrence Expressway, residents throughout Cupertino can take advantage of the cheap storage units on site – whether it's roommates running out of space in an apartment off of Stevens Creek Boulevard, or a growing family getting ready for a large-scale home remodel near Ortega Park. From an extra sofa, desk and coffee table in a 10x10 storage unit to packing up a few bedrooms, the kitchen appliances and the living room furniture in a larger 10x20 storage unit, there is a perfectly sized storage rental for nearly every occasion. Ranging from small to extra-large, the outdoor storage units at this property allow customers to pull up a vehicle and start loading or unloading with ease. The property manager lives on site at this location, which is open 7 days a week. Never short on innovation, but sometimes a little tight on space, Cupertino has become known for thriving businesses on the cutting edge and residents who expect a high quality of life. When a lack of space starts to affect the ability to work and live accordingly, call on this Public Storage to provide an affordable storage solution.

Adequate, but not great

Overall, not bad and some limitations were expected. Here is my critique: 1. The facility where I booked my storage only has one person servicing it. So when they have to leave for any reason, or use the restroom, the office closes for that time. 2. The online booking system for your business really doesn't work very well. I logged in multiple times to try to find an available space and had to enter ALL my information before clicking on the "Reserve" button and then nothing. No emails. No communication. No indication that spaces were or were not available. Noting. Almost gave up. 3. A gate opening smartphone app would be truly advantageous, especially during this Covid-19 shelter-in-place. I wear a mask when out in public, but don't always remember to bring gloves. Having to use a touchpad to enter my access code -- both arriving at and leaving the facilty -- exposes me and everyone else to potential Coronavirus contamination.
