About this facility

Sunnyvale Public Storage is a convenient location offering a huge selection of affordable self storage to residential and business storage customers throughout the South Bay. Located just west of Lawrence Expressway and less than a mile south of the Bayshore Freeway, this property offers the choice of indoor storage units or outdoor storage units, both of which come in multiple sizes. There is also the option of climate controlled storage units, for that extra layer of comfort when storing personal belongings. A short drive in any direction from Highway 101, El Camino Real, Southbay Freeway or San Tomas Expressway, cheap storage units are just a few minutes away for customers throughout northwest Santa Clara County. A 5x10 storage unit is big enough to hold bikes, backpacks and athletic gear for trips up to Lakewood Park, while a 10x10 storage unit can provide some necessary office storage space for an up-and-coming company bound for big things along Central Expressway. For folks moving into town who need somewhere to store the contents of an entire five-bedroom home for a while, a 10x30 storage unit provides a large enough storage space for large furniture and appliances, not to mention everyone's clothes and personal items. The rental office, open 7 days a week, also sells moving supplies, such as moving boxes, packing tape and bubble wrap, for even more customer convenience. Home to some of the world's biggest tech companies, including headquarters for Apple, Yahoo and Google, Sunnyvale continues to be a community on the cutting edge of innovation year after year. It's Public Storage's mission to make sure individuals and businesses, big and small, have the space they need to keep growing.

Rochelle and Stephen are really good. They rented to me right before closing and made my move in as easy as possible. Rochelle helped make the rental clear and easy. Very friendly and respectful staff. Will recommend to friend and family. Thank you guys so much for all the help.

The Units Need Lighting

The drive up unit is clean and level. Access is very good. The unit is not climate controlled. What the unit needs is an interior light.

Very happy!

There are always small things that could be improved - having to work around elevators being called while you're still trying to unload them is frustrating. Not being able to access moving equipment after the office closes is inconvenient. Overall though I'm very pleased with my experience so far. I do wish all policies were explained before payment has been taken. For example I only learned that if I left before the 10th the month would be pro-rated, after paying for the entire month. Not an issue this time since I plan on staying longer.
