We treat our customers like the crap they store here
I asked Maria a few questions about the lease, she replied that it was self explanatory, you just come in and sign the lease. I asked if she could match the offer of Public Storage down the street which is running a special, she replied fine you should just go down the street before hanging up on me.

I made a reservation online. Constant feed back on availability and pricing. Maria was very through though the entire process. Offered to put my name on the list for a bigger unit if needed.
