Keep STUFF we use infrequently.
We have a large Christmas Tree, a Fishing Booth, and several boxes of this and that. There are four of us living in a four bedroom apartment with no "outside" storage space. The locker we rented seems to be weather-proof, safe enough and is easily accessible.
