Easy and accessible to get to the storage unit.
I donât remember his name but the gentlemen at the front desk explained everything thoroughly and was very professional.

New, clean, well maintained and secure.
I stopped by on Thursday to reserve and pay for the space. Chris personally escorted us to the locker demonstrating the security features. We moved several items into the facility. I am very pleased with the setup.

Spectacular! BEYOND OUTSTANDING Customer Service!
The on-site manager Chris has that old fashioned REAL customer service attitude that is so lacking these days. He was knowledgeable, kind, genuine and walked us through every step. He took the time to explain how every door, elevator, key, code, etc. worked & made it very clear that he was there to help and answer any questions or tend to any concerns we may have. His true sense of caring really came through. I assure you - the customer service at Lock Up Self Storage is exemplary and miles above any other. Thank You Chris!
