Excellent customer service
Ryan was very friendly and helpful. He completed the paperwork in a timely manner. When all was completed, he demonstrated how to access the facility using the key code and escorted my wife and I to our unit, making sure that we knew how to unlock the unit. All in all, the customer service is excellent and the facility itself is extremely clean. Would highly recommend this facility.

Quick, clean and great service
This facility is sparkling clean and the sign up process took less than 10 minutes. Overall very pleased and would 100% recommend to anyone! Cheapest rates at the beach, too.

Excellent Customer Service
I don't normally take the time to give a shout out for a level of quality that should be expected when you sign on the dotted line. However, in this case I have to commend a business that set their bar higher than could ever be expected. In the several months that I have been a customer of this Cubesmart location, I have had to lean on Scott to assist me with moving to a larger unit, solving a lost lock issue, and in general, being almost omniscient with creative ideas that make my storage stay efficient and less laborious. The mark of excellence is when you don't have to ask for help, help walks up to you with solutions. When I pull in the drive and go to punch in my code, I know that I really am not just four numbers over the rented space. I am a business owner that is progressing because my business appears to be their business as well. I wish our entire country could emulate the quality of customer service I have received from this team. Thank you Scott and all.
