Excellent customer service
My experience with the 2 out of 3 reps was excellent. I had an issue with Corean. I had my SUV fully packed and she would not give me a temporary gate code to get in. I called the number back and got Ashley on the phone and she gave me a temporary gate code. Samantha did the same for me as well! If it wasn't for those two reps, I was going to move my belongings to another storage facility. Thanks ð Samantha and Ashley!

Renting a unit at the last second!
I had to rent a storage unit at the last second, and Melissa was so helpful. She knew I was in a bind financially, and applied all the discounts that were applicable and was very compassionate about my current situation.I got a nice size unit with a very competitive price! I was very satisfied with how everything was handled and the unit is brand new and air conditioned and just really really nice! I would recommend them to friends and family!
