Best drive-up climate controlled facility in lakeland, FL.
Very happy with our drive up climate controlled unit. Drive up made our move-in easy and far less time consuming. I wish we could remember the young ladies name who helped us in the office, she was excellent

Clean, secure, new, great pricing and staff is wonderful.
Charles is great. He was up front about pricing, he gave me options, called and introduced himself, helped me get exactly what I needed and when I had trouble figuring out how to open a door with my code magically appeared in less than 4 or 5 minutes WITHOUT me even asking. It was such an easy and affordable process (less than 10-15 minutes) that there isn't anything AT ALL that I can think (even if I was being super picky) that I could complain about. 10/10 facility and 10/10 for Charles who runs the front office. Wonderful process from beginning to end.
