They never answer phones
I missed my payment due to loss of job, a $20 fee was added. Thatâs fine, but when I was late then the second month by a week, I went to my account to pay it after starting a new job, and there are over $120 late fees added this month and goes up every day. I keep trying to call and message and even call main company number and still no answer only option to leave voicemail which they donât return call. DONT BE LATE!! Must not have read the fine print. Just terrible customer service, they want me to pay but they canât even answer a phone there.
