High-tech system might be too much
Wanted covered RV storage near our house for less than a kingâs ransom. This one was a little far but better priced. After reserving though sparefoot, paying and signing, we drove to drop off the RV but our gate code would not work. Got a text saying we did not have docs uploaded. The contract email said we would need the documents available but there was no link to upload. There is no manager on site and the kiosk system has a pretty green touchscreen button that says âlive helpâ - but of course the button is not active. The only reason this wasnât a fiasco is an employee ( he says he âbuildsâ these units, didnât know anything about the reservations) who called Ashley who was very helpful. They had sent the links to a random phone number and did not send a verification email. But they had the right phone number to text me saying my gate code wouldnât work until I uploaded docs! She sent a new link and I uploaded the docs and got in. Ashley was very helpful but this could have been a bad day - I had no other place I could take the RV. The facilities are new and very clean, the covered RV storage was ideal. So except for tech troubles I would recommend this place.

Good value compared to other storage places.
Had a hard time setting up my account. Only happened when the facility owner Mike, helped me. Real good value, but hard to set up account. They are working on it.
