1st day moving in...Ants on west floor and up the wall
Service so far has been great. Eric was very helpful and patient. Before moving stuff in today I looked around unit and found ant trail along bottom of west wall and up the west wall to the ceiling. If I may ask, could you please spray. Thanks ð

Excellent service, excellent storage
Made an appointment for a Storage Unit. Representative took time to show me the storage unit and explain policy. She even was able to find in her system a storage unit at a discount for me and provide me the discount! Overall excellent service and the perfect storage unit, fully climate controlled!

Not pleased with price and original quote.
unpleasant smell when walking in. CS rep told me there is a backed up sewerage waiting for city to fix. CS rep needs to work on his personality in receiving customers. Very dry.
