The following is a good rule of thumb for the enclosed parking that we offer: 5x10 Covered/Enclosed = Compact Motorcycle 10x10 Covered/Enclosed = Cruiser motorcycle or ATV 10x15 Covered/Enclosed = Compact vehicles 10x20 Covered/Enclosed = 1 Car garage. 10x20 Gated = Open parking space that can hold any vehicle within that dimension and is gated requiring access code 10x20 Parking = Ungated, Curbside parking.
