Shop Around! Expect the rate to increase OFTEN
We needed to rent space, the price was awesome and location convenient. Felt like every 6 months there was an increase. Ironically our rate is now OVER $200 a month - a unit of same size is on "special" for about $70 bucks less. We are moving our items ASAP.
