Very smooth, nick of time, life-saving experience
I found myself in a situation where I had to find some place to store the last 6 years of my life. Someone very close to me, used to have a contract with you all, so I decided to give it a try. I found the info online with no problem, booked the reservation, and the manager called right back... She is awesome! Give her a raise! She gave me a tour, made it easy for me to upgrade the original option I chose, easy going great customer service... She really made this transition a pleasant experience for me. Thank you!!!
