Fast, easy, reliable
I love that I was able to get a storage within minutes from my phone. I didn't need to go in and fill any paper work out. In my situation doing everything online was so convenient, I didn't have to wait until they opened their office hours to get my storage unit

Need to have a working elevator for moving up stairs
Should have an elevator for people with units upstairs . Had to walk up the stairs with heavy items was very hard
