Going downhill fast
I am highly disappointed in the continuing deterioration of this property over the course of the time I have had this storage unit. When I first started renting in August of 2020 there were plenty of carts to be used for transporting to and from your vehicle and the outside grounds and inside hallways were reasonably clean and maintained. That is not the situation now as carts are nonexistent and junk continues to accumulate both inside and outside.

Cheap but comes at a price
The customer service was good, but my gate code didn't work. A homeless person who is squatting at the place let me in so I could move my stuff in my unit after hours, but this is definitely fried and shouldn't be this way. The same homeless person peed in the middle of one of the aisles. So, I can't really recommend this place, overall.

The Rep was polite and friendly, had all the answers to my questions and she was also professional and swift in her work. I really appreciate the automatic doors, they made it easier getting in with full hands.
