Customer service was great but see below.
You need to provide a cart for each building.It is difficult to use an indoor unit without a means to get boxes,tubs,etc.

Easy, convenient, secure.
Sheryl, the manager, got me set up. It was a dreary, wet Saturday morning. She was upbeat, kind, amicable, and informative. She made sure I had everything I needed to get my things moved into the unit quickly and easily.

Needed storage unit at the last minute.
I couldn't ask for better customer service. Very clean building. Outstanding staff! They took time to help decide how much storage space we needed. They were so helpful in showing us around and explaining how we get into our units. Easy in and out of the grounds. Even the moving company committed on the cleanliness of the building. First experience in using a storage unit, My research payed off , this is a wonderful unit.
