At our Hawthorn Park storage facility, located at 6901 Hawthorn Park Drive, we pride ourselves in providing residents in and around the northern Indianapolis area with a central, easily accessible location for safe and reliable storage. Located off of Binford Boulevard and south of East 71st Street, our Hawthorn storage facility is minutes from Interstate 465 and Interstate 69.

Friendly service, affordable clean space
When I first arrived, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who helped me get everything situation. When I realized I needed to change details about my reservation, he was very accommodating.

Facility was unclean
The storage unit was really really dirty and the front desk/office staff was never there. Even when I left work early, it said it was closed and would be back at 9:30am. It was 5:15pm and they were supposed to be open until 6. Would recommend if my experience improves.

Great experience. Anthony was on top of it! He called and for me a discounted rate in within an hour of booking online. Paperwork was super quick. Great customer service. Nice facility. I highly recommend!
