Easy to access and move in
I was pleased with the low price and customer service. It was so easy to start moving in. Using the dolly and elevators made it so easy for us to start moving and not stress about carrying things up stairs!

Great customer service in person and on the 800 number.
Great customer service. Was difficult for me to find my unit when I went back to it--couldn't figure out the numbering scheme. Maybe a map near the elevator would help?
