Even if I got lost and went to the rc storage n got lost. The guy was really nice and got me my unit. Like how I got one inside knowing i don't have to worry abt leaks. Thank you

My only set back was because I didn't know it wasn't a pull up access. We have a door that we go through. I don't mind but I wish I knew that coming into it.

Positive reviews are misleading
When you register-in the facility while they process your paperwork, they ask you to review the facility so they will make a $15 donation to the Red Cross. If I had my phone, I would have done so. This place sucks. The advertised rates are not what you get, the facility is a mess, they do business with the same ethics guinea pigs use. I am currently on hour 53 waiting for a call back to discuss a problem so bad that I pulled my things out of there with 24 paid for days remaining. RUN.
