Adding charges to monthly bill.
Place smells horrible inside and now they are adding a $9.47 charge each month to my bill and not honoring the price I reserved on spare foot.

Amazing customer service experience.
From the moment we drove onto the immaculate property and we were greeted as we walked into the office, I knew that I had made a good choice. The attention to detail, paperwork was ready for me to sign and storage unit cleaned and ready made me feel confident that the facility was run very efficiently. Security is top notch and I have no qualms about the safety of my belongings, I highly recommend this establishment to everyone. The best part is the pricing is very affordable.
