Friendly but disappointing service.
My disappointment is that I had reserved a 5X10, by the next morning, less than 24 hrs later it was not available. Although I had âreservedâ it. So I had to get larger and pricier unit because conveniently no other 5X10 were available. That was very disappointing. âReservingâ meant nothing. I feel I should have been given the 8X10 for the 5X10 price since my âreservedâ unit was given away.
