Decent price, but dirty and no one is working there
This storage unit is decently priced, but itâs clear that is hasnât been cleaned in months. The floor is dirty and there is a huge pile of unwanted goods/garbage in the back. Some areas also smell like farm animals and it is very hot in the building. The office is abandoned- no one is working there. There is no number to call and no one to help you. Itâs very âdo it yourselfâ. My move-in experience was fine; I was the only one on the whole property. But the facility is run down.

Poor experience due to limited light and security and customer service.
The unit was dark with lights not working and 2 units had been broken into with lock broke and stuff littering the pathway. I wanted to return the provided lock and use my own and there was not office open to return lock to. I was told that I would be able to return lock for refund when I moved in.

No drive up access as advertised
It would have been helpful to be informed that both bay doors are broken so there's no drive up access available PRIOR to completing my reservation (which took place via phone and then in person). This made unloading a much longer, tedious nightmare

Very Nice Experience
The lady at the front was very helpful and everyone was super friendly. The storage itself is clean and secure, and the price for the unit is very reasonable. The only problem we ran into was a lack of available carts, but other I had a good experience with this Public Storage and would recommend it to anyone also looking to store their things.
