I rented!
The lady that checked us in, I wish I could remember her name, was so nice and explained everything so easily! She was wonderful to meet! I recommend this company to anyone looking for a storage unit!! She makes you feel so comfortable knowing where your stuff is!

Short paperwork process. Does not accept credit cards except through Paypal due to fees. Other than my lock on the storage door, the facility is unsecure. The owners do live next door to the storage units, however. I'm sure that does add some security.
