About this facility

This Public Storage is located on Knapp Street between Avenue X and Avenue Y on the shores of the Plumb Beach Channel. It offers cheap self storage to the Sheepshead Bay of Brooklyn. It features a large selection of indoor, climate controlled storage, perfect for any haul – big or small. There are also smaller storage lockers for individual rental, and a keypad access code is used to enter the storage areas of the facility. Heading out to Coney Island to enjoy the day? A 5x5 unit at this location provides a simple, convenient spot to store walking shoes, backpacks, beach chairs and more. Maybe the plan is some camping and fishing on the grounds of Floyd Bennett Field, New York's oldest airport-turned-park? If so, a 10x10 fits the tent, canopies, fishing rods and all the essential outdoor equipment with ease. Businesses up and down Nostrand Avenue can use a 10x20 space to store extra equipment, boxes and office furniture, while families all over the area, including Sheepshead Bay, Gerritsen Beach, Marine Park, Brighton Beach, Manhattan Beach or Mill Basin, can utilize the extra-large 10x30 unit to store all their belongings during a home remodel. With easy in-and-out access from Belt Parkway, Flatbush Avenue or Ocean Parkway, it's a convenient location ready to take on any storage need. A neighborhood unlike any other, with proximity to the beach, entertainment, history, nature and the City all close at hand, Public Storage takes great pride in serving the storage needs of the entire Brooklyn community.

I have complete trust in Public Storage; I would even store my mother-in-law there.

Truth is this is a very temporary storage for me. However, if I even expected long storage, I'd certainly use this storage facility. The price is fair, and for me, the location is convenient. The place is impeccably clean and bin accessibility easy (I especially like that extra secure lock I bought from them). Thank you Public Storage #29206.
