Welcome to 10 Federal's fully automated facility serving the Chapel Hill market! Rent here 24 / 7 / 365! We offer climate-controlled units as well as ambient units at the best rates around! This facility is an unmanned location however we have a call center to assist, so don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or comments! Our Call Center hours are Monday-Friday 8am-9pm EST & Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm EST. Once you become a tenant and are renting a unit/space, this facility is accessible 24/7 with an access code that you create. You can also reserve and complete the move-in process online. We now have Vehicle Storage (Vehicle Storage Only Allowed in Assigned Parking Spaces- Visit website or call our Call Center for Details).

Poor move in experience
First, we could not pay with our credit card over the phone due to system issues. Then the code that was set up to enter facility did not work when we arrived. You have to wait for a call back from facility since no one is at the site and this can take several minutes. In addition, the unit we were assigned had a lock on it. Customer service was helpful and switched our unit after 15 minutes of trying to remotely unlock the lock on our originally scheduled unit using a code. Then, upon leaving I tested the gate code again since the customer service rep reset it and we were coming back later with more storage. It still didnât work. The customer service rep could not get our code to work after several attempts so they then provided a temp code that worked. The customer service person was very nice and helpful but the move in process was poor.

Convenient and easy. Great value
Our unit had a lock on it when we arrived so we called for assistance and after a brief conversation were assigned a different unit. Customer service was great.

So far so good storage
This is my second time renting a storage unit and so far so good. The only complaint I have but it's not a big deal is that it was not swept or dusted but again it is not a big deal. I like the fact that it's gated with your own pin.
