It was easy.
I was a little irritated at first because it seemed like we were playing phone tag but the process overall when we finally got together was simple and easy I got my emails I filled out my forms got them turned in I had no problems accessing the units the gate the only problem that I did have was trying to get out I did not realize there was a keypad on the left hand side at the end of the building and I kept pulling up to the gate and it wouldn't open, but when I called the office number the gentleman answered promptly tell me how to get out and it was easy and fast it was much appreciated

Horrible
I've had a unit there for almost 20 years and while it was Depot Storage and we had 1 price increase. Since Prime has taken over there have been almost yearly increases totaling well over a 50% increase. I can't wait to get my stuff out of there. And there's never a justification for the increases. Horrible!
