Excess Storage is a top quality storage facility, designed and built with security in mind. We offer conventional and climate-controlled storage units. Free high security lock provided in unit with every rental! Free moving truck (based on availability) must be picked up and returned only during office hours. Protection plan or customer insurance required at move-in. $12/mo for $3,000 coverage or $21/mo for $5,000 coverage.

Great customer service
I had made all the reservations over the phone and had gone in to pay at the kiosk after hours. The kiosk did not recognize any of my information. I was able to get help through the kiosk but they couldnât correct the issue. I was then able to get additional help by texting the manager who called back quickly. Very impressed with the customer service!

The price quoted on the phone was $76.00 per month, when I checked in there was no human to speak with so I checked in using the self-help kiosk in the lobby. The Kiosk did not give the option to enter a promo code or quoted price so I had to pay the price as stated on the screen.

Nice and clean
Easy access in and out, clean all round. Young lady in the office was accommodating and helpful. Very easy to pay my bill at the kiosk in the office
