Only bit of improvement would be creating a smoother entry into hallway for C127. Can't get a cart into that area.

Wonderful customer service.
Lacey was very courteous and helpful. She has wonderful customer service skills. She assisted me with the appropriate size storage unit and provided me with the instructions for going in and out of my unit. I definitely will give her five stars. Keep up the good work!
