I really don’t know what to say! I didn’t have the best experience with a “Johnny on the spot “ after making my change in size of storage experience. I couldn’t put my finger on why the office is open one second and then the person takes off and then they were and are very hard to reach. Maybe they have a second job or just busy I don’t know, in addition, the business could be filled up to where she doesn’t need to be there all the time, never the less, one should be available when called . But all around I am satisfied with the storage and security! I am just being honest with my experience, I hope the company doesn’t take it personal it is just business. Thank you for letting me give my opinion and experience.

Great place all around. Only flaw is that there is no way to pay when the office is closed, and that they have oddly limited office hours. Would recommend, and have.

Best Storage Ever

About two years ago I needed storage and quick but all they had at the time were two sizes less than what I needed. Friendly place, accommodating, and they booked me the largest unit they had on hold for someone that never showed to sign for it at the same rate as the one I would have been booked. The nicest staff I had ever had the privileged to have worked with. Moving once again, I am happy to use my favorite storage facility with confidence knowing I am going to be treated with respect, confidence, security, and a sense of family as they watch over my belongings.
