I Moved into a storage unit that was to small and they allowed me to switch units to a bigger one without causing an issue

Pretty typical of what one would expect from a storage facility.
I'm not so happy that we can't return the cylinder lock that they sell for $10. They failed to toell me over the phone that I could not use a normal pad lock that I need some special lock or the cylinder one that is pretty much only usable on these units. Other then that the unit is fine, clean, dry. What more could you ask for.

We were helped out in a friendly atmosphere, and clean office area. The attendant was very professional and prompt. All in all a good experience.
