Unsecured buildings and manager is aware of it.
The building where the rented unit was located, was not secured. The exterior doors were ALWAYS open (during the day and over night), the on-site manager even admitted it. The conversation went as follows: "The doors to Building J are always open." Manager, "I know. People leave them open." "Shouldn't they be checked at night, else you're offering an unsecured unit?" Manager, "Let's just agree to disagree. What do you want me to do, put locks on all the doors?" "Yes, or it's an UNSECURED building." Manager "Well that's not going to happen." Three days after this eye opening conversation I vacated my unit and will NOT consider Public Storage for future needs.

Easy and Affordable
Man in charge is a nice, helpful guy. Easy to reserve a spot, easy to move in, and doesnât break the bank. Happy to have found it. Perfect for short term vehicle storage, but for long term storage would recommend somewhere covered and more spacious. Happy with my experience.
