Kip, owner was pleasant to speak with, prompt to meet me, and made the whole rental experience very easy. Facility was in good condition and convenient to access day or night.

Kip is awesome, was on time, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The facility is well groomed and maintained and my room was spotless and extremely accessible. Very pleased, highly recommended.
