About this facility
Locally owned and serving Simpsonville's self-storage needs since 2000, Fairview Road Self-Storage is situated behind the US Post Office and Sonic and between the Home Depot and Bi-Lo on Fairview Road. We offer a wide selection of sizes in both drive-up access non-climate units and inside-access climate-controlled units with wide building doors and hallways. Select climate-controlled units feature the extra security of a secondary electronic door lock that only unlock once you put your access code in. We require the use of disc locks on all units for added security. All units are ground level (no elevators or stairs to deal with). All climate-control units are inside-access with wide hallways and are heated/cooled depending on the season. All non-climate units are drive-up access from the outside. Our facility features many security cameras, electronic gate access, and is fully paved and well-lit. We look forward to serving your storage needs!

Convenient facility with exceptional, friendly, helpful customer service
Located this facility online from Wisconsin. Had to unload semi trailer in the hottest week of the summer. Staff was so helpful. Loaned us a ladder. Drove by to check on us several times. Met the driver when he came to retrieve the trailer so that we didn't have to come back in the evening. Can't say enough good things. No need to go anywhere else. I will likely be getting a second unit for a month as I still wait on my house to be completed.

Great experience
I love the facility....the staff was so pleasant from start to finish with the transaction....we sold my parents' home in thirty six hours and I had to find quick storage for things to stay local. I live 300 miles away and wanted something closer for quick drop off
