Clean, convenient location
The office was sweltering hot. The touch screen on the automated reservation/ move-in computer system had a terrible lag and processing was slow. Due to the extreme heat in the office and the computer not working correctly I left & moved in from laptop @ home. The temperature in the climate controlled units is a constant 80 degrees. It seems to be a very clean and safe property.

Great facility
I needed a place to park a trailer for the weekend . A BIG trailer. 44' long.. Not only were they were able to accommodate me , but they did it at 11:30 at night with no problems, and saved me a ton of money not having to drive it further... I was able to make 1 call, and I got a really nice guy who was very helpful. He searched all the facility's in the area for me, and found the place w the best rate and accommodations that I was looking for.. I didnt get there until like 2am on a Sat night and had no problem getting the trailer dropped and on my way... the only issue i had, was the online form was lengthy and took way to long to do on a cell phone, and from what it seemed, the front gate never actually closed. But the facility had a lot of cameras and felt safe regardless. When I returned on Monday morning to get my trailer, nothing had been touched and all was well.. And 1 more good thing, was they prorated my move in, which was a huge help since I was only gonna be using the place for a few days! All in all, it was a great place and if im in that area again, I would be sure to call and use them again!

Continual Rate Increases not keeping up with the value and services provide
A new management company took over in 2020, and since that time, a new rate increase occurs every ~ six months- the average increase is ~20%, with a cumulative increase of 49% over a span of 16 months. The storage units rent has never been late, nor has there been any complaints from us, the customer. Neither facilities nor customer service has improved (in fact, customer service now has waiting times on hold), nor can management detail the reason for the increase; I can only assume that since they have customers hostage, during the profit handsomely. I would not recommend this facility nor any facility managed by 10 Federal Storage, LLC its partners and affiliates.Â
