Clean, but hard to find and has a faulty entry gate.
This facility is accessed by going past the entrance to a hotel as if you were checking in. That may actually help with keeping intruders away but it makes it difficult to find especially for movers. Directions should say, "We are beyond the hotel entrance after you make two sharp left turns. The biggest issue is that the gate will get stuck halfway open so that a large truck can't get through or it may without warning close on your vehicle passing through. Both times the customer service agent had to come outside to disable it. If you needed access outside of office hours you might be stuck. Please fix the gate so it opens all the way. Thanks..

Overall, thumbs up
The only thing that wasnât great was the mandatory fees I wasnât expecting like the lock fee, must have insurance. I understand but make that information prominent so Iâm fully aware of the cost before I decide to make the trip to the facility. Now that is all based on the company of course. As for the person I met with? Lane was awesome. He told me I could do everything online but I wanted to look at the space so he scheduled an appointment with me. Even though there were people working on the lights (which is loud in general), Lane was cheerful and explained everything to me. I was put at ease with the way their security/access system works. Very clean too!
