Very friendly. Very helpful. Professional and was patient and understanding. Linda and her husband make an awesome team and I highly recommend macho storage. They went above and beyond my expectations. Iâm very satisfied overall and am very confident that all my things are safe and know that if I need anything Linda and her husband dedinatley have macho storage under control . Very satisfied all the way around overall.

Very easy and simple process
Took 5 mins to fill out paperwork and unit was ready and they even gave me a free lock for my unit and v etry easy to talk too.

Truly helpful staff and great facility.
The location is a bit of, looking at it in a map, but it is a quick turn off northwest highway, turn under the highway and you are there. A free truck rental to help with move in?!?!! What?! Wow!!! Now granted, the motor needed work so the day I used it, the truck was super crazy loud and a bit of a beast, but they let me use it longer for free and worked with me on getting it back after they closed. Facility is very clean, well lit and maintained.

Great experience
I moved into a unit on 6/15 and the whole experience was great. Ms. Linda was very courteous and personable. She made sure she took good care of all my storage needs and the free truck rental was awesome.
