Professionally Clean and Courteous
When I arrived to scout out my plan of action. I was greeted first by an employee on a golf cart, who directed me to the office. Upon arriving at the front desk, I was treated with respect and reassurances about securities and directions and self-service. After installing my own lock, i was reacquainted by the initial employee in the elevator, who was checking to see of I was satisfied with my rental, and offer any further help. At such an affordable price, the attention to customer care was quite satisfying.

Confident we made the right choice...an excellent facility!
In searching for a place to store some items for an extended time we did what everyone does...."Googled" but google can't explain the kind of excellent customer service we received from Johnny, the Manager, who assisted us personally, and Stuart, who recently arrived from Charleston. We've already been back to the facility 3 times for various reasons. The customer service is outstanding. The location is convenient. The price is right. We made the right choice and highly recommend you choose this faciility as well!
