About this facility
This location services the Meyerland & Bellaire area. It houses units ranging from 5' x 5' to 15' x 30', with both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage space. Access to each self storage space is controlled by computerized gate and coded entry. Each storage unit is individually alarmed, with ENFORCER® cylinder locks installed for added security. Plus, the facility is monitored by on-site managers with a high-tech video surveillance system. This location features two industrial-sized elevators, restrooms and water fountains for customer use, covered loading and unloading, and loading carts freely available. Extra wide driveways can easily accommodate the largest moving vans. A facility-wide intercom system allows you to communicate with the on-site manager. Boxes and other moving supplies are available for sale. There is a $20 refundable cylinder lock deposit required at move-in.

Good experience, would recommend
Pros: Very nice owners, definitely let's you know the facility is cared for and protected. Abundance of carts to use. Elevators. Covered area to unload even in the rain. Cons: (and these are small) The hallways are a tiny bit slimmer than other storage facilities I've used. Dust and cobwebs in corners of unit.

Great experience moving in
The registration process was uneventful and the administrators of the facility were nice and very helpful. The facility is well maintained and I can't think of anything that would be in need of improvement.

Quick an easy process
Mr. Terry is a very sweet gentlemen. He was very professional didn't give me the run around an polite. He was very informative about what I needed to do as far as my bill etc. I would recommend his facility to anyone!!!
