About this facility
This location services the Museum District area. It houses units ranging from 5' x 5' to 10' x 30', climate controlled storage space This location also features Wine Storage with units up to 10'x10'. Access to each self storage space is controlled by computerized and coded entry. Each storage unit is individually alarmed, with ENFORCER® cylinder locks installed for added security. Plus, the facility is monitored by on-site managers with a high-tech video surveillance system. This location features two industrial-sized elevators, restrooms and water fountains for customer use, covered loading and unloading, and loading carts freely available. Extra wide driveways can easily accommodate the largest moving vans. A facility-wide intercom system allows you to communicate with the on-site manager. Boxes and other moving supplies are available for sale. There is a $20 refundable cylinder lock deposit required at move-in.

Outstanding service and facilities
I have leased storage space in various areas of Houston over the past 30 years. I have never rented space at a Proguard Self Storage and I am glad that I did. My experience thus far has been an outstanding one. The leasing process was very smooth, the Managers very professional and courteous, and the facilities are far above what I have previously experienced in my history of leasing storage space. I would highly recommend Proguard!

An Excellent Experience Thus Far
