Excellent value and customer service
Larissa met with me on off hours so I could complete paperwork. She was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very adequate and seems as secure as possible.

Great experience
I didn't have any problems at all with Alpine Storage. In fact, I actually had a reservation with a different company prior to contacting Alpine; who informed me AFTER I called to verify the reservation & ask when I could come in to pay the first months rent, that the actually didn't have a unit for me. He offered other units (multiple small ones, instead of the larger one I had reserved!) for $10 off what they would cost normally, but still more expensive than what I had reserved! When I said no, I would not agree to that & I have the reservation including confirmation number and he needed to figure something out, he basically said I'm lucky to get what he's offering because no one else around has what I wanted or what he was offering at the discounted rate that he was willing to offer.. I called Alpine and crazy thing is; they had exactly what I wanted for the same price as I had reserved originally! They had several of them available actually! So I made sure to let the other company know that I found a company with much better customer service with even more availability than he was offering... So, thank you Alpine!
