HORRIBLE
place smelled of mold could see water damage and most you can see rat droppings customer service just lies about issues and says they are not responsible for your items after they are damaged!!DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE if your items mean something to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shaky Start
Had a little trouble at the beginning with this company. Clerk at the desk gave vague directions to the storage space, so I had to look for a while to find it. Then he tried to charge me full price, when the agreement clearly stated 50% off the first month. He also said he couldnât give me the military discount for the first month, but that it would be applied after that. Just got the feeling he didnât really know what he was doing...

Not the most modern or sturdy but looks capable enough
The service rep was very friendly and helpful but I was disappointed in the storage units themselves. The doors to the units don't look very secure. The gate to the units is very secure so that made me feel a little better.

Odor and traps
Very strong odor of pest control spray and huge mouse and rat traps thru out. Kind of scary. And the odor gave me a headache having to be in it while unloading my things. Customer service was great but glad I only need this storage for short term!

The space will suffice
It wasn't the best, it wasn't the worst. Needs to be updated but for the purpose I needed it for, it will suffice. Definitely not impressive, sorry.
