Reserved space was given away prior to arrival
I don't as very disappointed to find that the space I reserved was not available. Apparently, I was called by the storage staff,and when I did not answer, my space was given away. No voicemail was left and I was not able to see that I missed a call from them. I am now paying a higher monthly rate for a larger space. The staff was wonder, despite my frustration.
