Service and ease of use have been excellent!
Greg, the owner of Houk Storage, paid attention to the storage unit I am now renting. He found that I had mistakenly locked the bolt in the OPEN position, called me right away and said he would keep an eye on it until I could get there to correct the situation. I met Greg, when I returned to lock the door. He cares about keeping his facility clean - not only litter, but ensuring renters do not abuse use of the property. He seems to be in it for the long-haul. [FIVE STARS]

Convenient location, easy to access.
David (I think that was his name) was very helpful and willing to assist. On-line paperwork was convenient and easy to set up. Unit was clean & well cared for. Very nice facility.

Super Fantastic
When I had a hard time online David met up with me to do the paperwork so easy do stress free very customer oriented best experience I have had in years with any type of customer service.
