To reserve a unit, for up to 2 weeks, a $10 deposit is required. $10 is credited to first month's rent. We are a locally owned, family business and our storage facility has been helping Spokane residents with their storage solutions for the last 30 years. Our manager, Jim, has been with us for 5 years and he is a self storage expert. He, or Donna (our Relief Manager) would gladly give you a tour of our facility and any storage unit. We have all sorts of storage unit sizes to fit any of your storage needs. Recently, we renovated our facility to give Spokane the best self storage possible, and added extra outdoor boat and RV parking as well.
