The customer service is exceptional!
The rental process was easy. I received a followup call to make sure I knew where my storage unit was located on the property and to make my move as easy as possible. This was a first from any other storage property I had used in other cities.

Everything went pretty well. Got a discount. Unit has a small door so hard for large items. Is also in a back dark corner so a bit hard to see but works okay. Not climate controlled but doesn't advertise is. Also has extra charges for required insurance and one time office fee so be prepared. Guy was nice. Speaks very fast to get it done but that was okay. Process was pretty easy. Overall a straightforward storage.

I've just rented the unit and so far the place seems great. The unit looks clean, dry and secure and the staff made the rental process pretty painless.
